The police are after you. Whatever you did, or they think you did, it's serious. It's run-or-die serious. Maybe you OJ'd your wife and her lover, or maybe just robbed a bank (or six) or maybe you're just wanted real bad for that mountain of parking/speeding tickets filling the glove box but the point is, Bad Boys what'cha gonna do? You get whatever real car (no anime, or Batman!) you want and you've got to either escape or evade the police. What's your pick, Bad Boys? What'cha Gonna Do?

Mind you, I don't think the Rally Fighter offers a lot of "hail of bullets" protection. But I think those tires would stand up to a good spiking.

Nah.. There is a slight chance that the VW "Toerag" and the Audi Q7 is slightly different in the US than in Europe though :) But I'll tell you this, there's not a single cop car here in Norway that could keep up with the "Toerag" or the Q7 off road.

If I would evade the rozzers in the US I'd make a different choice though.. Now that I think about it... a Bowler Wildcat would be a good choice anywhere..

So, I'd say either answer is good if you're running in the 'States anywhere near a posh, upper-income neighborhoods.

During a police chase you may have to drive over things which aren't a nice, smooth racing surface. There might be things like leaves, or dust or even spike strips. This wouldn't clear a low curb and a spike strip would probably tear the whole undercarriage away!

BMW 3-series diesel. It's quicker than the cops, blends in really well because it's a common car, and won't run out of fuel as quickly as a gas-powered car.

ods allowed? If yes, and if money isn't an option then this
(note: I've given this more thought than I should have...)

First, you get the right base for the car. For me, it has to be one of these:

yes, a Touareg. Just "soccer-mommy" enough not to get noticed in a well off neighborhood.

Now, it's got to be the V10 TDi one, because torque!
and here are the mod's I'd give it:
1) Get a Super high pressure air suspension modification kit, and then armor up the said suspension well.
2) Pull out the transmission, install high performance gears, capable of withstanding 2000ft-lbs of torque.
3) Re-do the Fueling system, so more goes in. Also, hollow racing cams on top of the bored out 5.3L V10. Turbos? Increase size of original 2, and add a third one for good measure! Cooling? Armor plated Intercooler.
4) To stop it, put on huge ventilated disks, with dual pads in.
5) make sure the transmission is like a racing box in manumatic mode.
6) Custom made, off road capable tires (so studded a bit) with an air recharging system.
7) Pull 1/2 of the rear seat out for cargo space. Rotate remaning seat 180 degrees, and move back, close to the rear hatch. Make sure it slides forward/backward. Also, attach a machine gun to the rear hatch, so when it opens, it's an armored gun capsule with a high caliber machine gun, or low caliber minigun in it.
8) Roll cage, for safety.
9) swap driver's seat for one with a 5 point belt. safety again!
10) Big bad bull bar, with lights up front.
11) Armor and tint all the windows.
12) Test drive, and have fun!
